These Terms apply to your use of the Vistaboutique website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Vistaboutique or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
